Weblogs.Com is hittin new highs and has a new feature.
The high-water mark is 605 weblogs, on 4/8/2002; 2:05:06 PM.
Now that the home page is getting so long I wanted to try something different. Every time the home page is rebuilt, usually every minute, a script selects seven random NY Times headlines and places them in a box in the right margin.
The headlines link to the full stories of course. The stories are chosen from the stories that flowed through our system in the last 24 hours. The Times publishes a lot of stories on a lot of topics. This is just a first approximation, let's see how it goes. So far it seems pretty interesting.
